Note: If the information you wish to provide includes intelligence information or operationally sensitive information, please review the Practice Guideline – Information Protection Arrangements before making a submission. Intelligence information means information that was obtained or prepared by an intelligence entity or relates to the performance of functions by an intelligence entity. Operationally sensitive information means information about information sources or operational activities or methods available to a law enforcement or security agency.
